Terms of Use

Simple Watermark is free, with no signup, and provided "as is". Use it at your own risk — but use common sense.

1. Acceptance

By using Simple Watermark, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the tool.

2. The service

Simple Watermark is a free, 100% client-side batch watermarking tool. All processing happens in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. There is no backend storing your photos or watermarks.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Simple Watermark for personal, professional, team, or commercial use. You may not use the brand or associated domains to impersonate the official service, or use the tool for illegal activities.

4. Disclaimer of warranty

Simple Watermark is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the output of the tool, including ensuring you have the right to watermark the images you process (e.g., you own the photos, or you have permission from the copyright holder).

6. Intellectual property

The code of Simple Watermark is offered as software under the project's repository license. The brand, domain, and visual design remain the property of the operator.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be at this URL with the "last updated" date at the top.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of incorporation. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
