Is Simple Watermark really free?
Yes, 100% free. No signup, no email, no credit card, no usage limit. You can watermark hundreds of photos in a single batch.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. All watermarking happens in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. Your images never touch a server, not even ours. You can even use the tool offline after the first load.
What formats are supported?
JPG, PNG, and WebP for both input and output. HEIC/HEIF support (iPhone photos) is planned for a future update.
Is there a limit on the number of files?
No. Drop a hundred photos at once if you want. The tool processes them sequentially and downloads them as a single ZIP.
Can I add both a text and a logo watermark?
Yes. You can stack text and image watermarks on the same photo, with independent position, size, and opacity.
Does Simple Watermark add its own watermark to the output?
No. The output contains only the watermarks you configured. The tool itself does not brand your images in any way.
